This is a simple and novel way to cook what is probably the most flavoursome, moist and tender chicken either in the hooded BBQ or in a fan bake oven.

The half can of beer( or any other liquid of choice) provides the moisture and the flavour.        The holder simply keeps the chicken upright and helps some of the excess fat to drain out.

When not in use the frame fimply fols flat for ease of storage
